• Relaxation massage

Relaxation massage is where the hands are used in a gentle, flowing action in the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body. Gentle stretching to improve the range of movement (ROM) can also be applied. This style of massage promotes general relaxation, improves circulation and relieves muscular tension with the aim of improving the well-being of the client.

  • Therapeutic Sports massage

Remedial therapeutic massage helps to restore function to injured "soft tissues" (muscles, tendons and ligaments), preventing and alleviating pain, discomfort, muscle spasm and stress. Soft tissue responds to touch. Most pain is myofascial (soft tissue) in origin. Massage may improve the rate at which the body recovers from injury or illness. Clients may need to perform some activities at home to help them in the process of recovery. Good muscle tone can be established, with therapeutic effects on the respiratory, lymphatic, circulatory and nervous systems.

  • Pregnancy massage
During pregnancy, the lower back, hips, neck, hands, legs and feet can benefit from massage therapy. Massage can help a pregnant women relax, reduce physical discomfort and her anxiety as the due date approaches.
After the baby's birth, massage helps the body to return to its pre-pregnancy state, alleviate pain, promotes relaxation and therefore improving the well-being of the mother.
We discuss any complaints and wishes you may have. This will determine the planning of the massage and the best way for you to lie down. You will be supported by cushions and covered with towels. Massage during the first trimester (first three months) is not recommended.
  • Chair massage
Tight muscles caused by stress and sitting behind a desk all day can lead to restricted blood and lymph flow, causing lethargy and RSI injuries. Sitting on a massage chair immediately opens the back muscles up and relieves strain on the neck. A 20 minute seated massage of the back, neck, arms and hands increases circulation, releases muscle tension and reduces stress giving the client a feeling of relaxation, vitality and well-being.
